We are a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated firm meaning we must adhere to the RICS Rules of Conduct and strict ethical policies. We operate in accordance with the globally recognised standards of the RICS which gives our clients the confidence that we have the required skills and competencies to do the job.
Our residential surveyors are all members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and are bound by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and a Code of Conduct that defines their standards of professional ethics, sustainability, inclusivity and response to complaints.

We operate across the South West of England primarily focused on Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. What We Do
Home Surveys
Buying a property is likely to be one of the most expensive purchases you'll ever make. Whether you plan to live in it, rent it out or refurbish and sell it on, you'll want to protect your home or investment by ensuring you are fully informed about the building before you commit.
By commissioning a Home Survey from us, you can feel assured that an independent expert has assessed the property and provided impartial and reliable advice on the condition of the building and any defects or risks that the seller or the agent may not be obliged to make you aware of.
Different properties require different types of survey and because of this, the RICS has created three different levels of Home Survey. The appropriate level of survey will in most cases depend on the age, size, condition and complexity of the property.
